Main Event Of August 6th’s 100 Announced!

June 15, 2011

CLASH Wrestling will host 100 live on Saturday, August 6th and we at CLASHWRESTLING.COM are happy to announce the first signed match for the event! In the Main Event of the evening, the CLASH Championship will be contested as champion “GQ” Gavin Quinn defends against perhaps his toughest competition to date in former TNA X-Division champion “Maple Leaf Muscle” Petey Williams!

Earlier this year at Contenders Cup, Quinn & Williams had what many are calling an early candidate for “CLASH Match of the Year.” With the gold now on the line, one must wonder what lengths these two competitors will go to walk out champion in the Main Event of 100! Can Gavin Quinn continue his impressive 9 month reign as champion? Or will Petey Williams be the first man to pin Quinn in over a year? There’s only one way to find out! Join us as we present 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now!

Wrestler Spotlight: CLASH Champion Gavin Quinn

June 16, 2011

Image

Wrestler Spotlight: “GQ” Gavin Quinn – Not only is he the current CLASH Champion, and reigning with this title since November 2010, but he’s the #1 marked man in CLASH Wrestling with an impeccable winning streak untouched by any on the active roster! Entering the CLASH fray at the start of 2008 as a Tag Team specialist with former partner Rave Killbourn (The Friends), Quinn has evolved from a Multi-Time Tag Team Champion to an impressive singles competitor achieving the greatest success in CLASH that few have reached – the CLASH Heavyweight Championship.

2008-2009 – In the early get-go, then known as simply “GQ”, Quinn wrestled as part of “The Friends” collaboratively with Rave Killbourn. The two were known for the infamous blood feud with then “H3RD” members Tommy Treznik & J. Miller. The two teams had countless battles that ranged from Tag Bouts, Ladder Matches, Street Fights, etc etc. After these two years, Quinn walked away with three Tag Team Championship wins.

GQ becomes Gavin Quinn – It was finally in February 2010 where the birth of the “GQ” Gavin Quinn we know today came to a head when Quinn finally turned his back on Killbourn to become a singles competitor. Although this decision wasn’t favored by the CLASH faithful; it ultimately gave Quinn the nudge he needed to secure victory after victory until finally succeeding Championship success in November 2010!

Can CLASH Champion “GQ” Gavin Quinn be defeated?
Below is the long list of names that have fallen to Quinn in his road to the CLASH Championship and afterwards. Is there anyone that can beat Gavin Quinn?

8/14/10 – “GQ” Gavin Quinn defeats Mena Libra via pinfall.
9/17/10 – Quinn wins All Out War outlasting 22 other competitors & winning #1 contendership.
10/23/10 – Quinn defeats and retires former Tag partner Rave Killbourn via pinfall.
11/20/10 – Quinn defeats “Ace High” Cameron Skyy via pinfall to become CLASH Champion.
12/10/10 – Tags w/ Tyler Elkins & defeats Jimmy Jacobs/Cameron Skyy when Quinn pins Jacobs.
1/29/11 – Quinn successfully defends the CLASH Championship by pinning X-Pac.
2/26/11 – What some call a “match of the year” candidate for 2011; Quinn pins Petey Williams.
3/19/11 – Another successful title defense against Jimmy Jacobs.
3/26/11 – Quinn in non-title action defeats Amasis at CLASH vs. CHIKARA.
4/23/11 – Defends title by pinning “Swagg Starr” Dave Manzo.
5/21/11 – Another win in the books as Quinn pins Marvelocity at Relay For Life.

There is no argument that current CLASH Champion “GQ” Gavin Quinn is on top of his game in both realms of Tag Team & Singles competition and has proven month after month that he is deserving of the gold on contrary to popular opinion. The years 2010-2011 is beginning to be known for Quinn’s reign on top, however the question still remains… can Quinn be pinned?

Tag Team Championship Match Signed For 100!

June 20, 2011

For the better part of a year, Bryce Benjamin & Joey Marx of Too Sweet had gone undefeated in Tag Team competition, defeating the likes of the Sons Of Sanity, Power Rangers, Painkillers & Bump N’ Uglies since their debut at the 2010 NPCI Tag Team Tournament.

But on April 23rd at Age Of Allegiance this all changed. Forced to defend their titles in a Tag Team Gauntlet Match by CLASH CEO Truth Martini, Too Sweet thought they had survived the brutal bout until a final mystery team was announced: Tommy Treznik & Ded Vaughn of The H3RD. Tired & beaten, Too Sweet were no match for the devilish duo and in one moment not only lost their first tag team match in CLASH, but lost the Tag Team Championship as well.

Fresh off a victory over Simon Dean & Gavin Quinn, Too Sweet aim to reclaim their CLASH Tag Team Championship gold at 100 on August 6th! It will be Bryce Benjamin & Joey Marx vs. the “Mad Scientist” & his monster! Which team will walk out victorious now that the playing field is even? Join us for Too Sweet vs. The H3RD when CLASH presents 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now!

TOO SWEET UPSETS DEAN/QUINN, CHALLENGES H3RD

On 6/4, the abilities of Bryce Benjamin & Joey Marx were “Too Sweet” for the Simon System duo of Simon Dean & Gavin Quinn (c) when Too Sweet scored the pinfall over Dean. This momentum may be all Bryce & Joey need as they challenge The H3RD for the Tag Straps on 8/6 at 100! Too Sweet, whom had remained undefeated in Tag Team action until Age Of Allegiance on 4/23, even then had battled their way through an entire Tag Team Gauntlet reaching victory, until CEO Truth Martini made a last minute addition of H3RD who picked up the pieces and walked out with gold.

This time, no gauntlet, just two teams at 100 percent will battle it out on 8/6! Both teams respectively hold their own credibility as previously mentioned with Too Sweet’s win record, but when looking at the H3RD, leader “Mad Scientist” Tommy Treznik is a 5-Time Tag Champion in his own right. While spearheading his H3RD movement with masked monster Ded Vaughn, Treznik has truly made his mark in Tag Team competition, but never before has a team had such an impressive win record as does Too Sweet; the collision is set, be there at 100 as we make history!

SKYY PASSES THE TEST
For months, we’ve caught glimpses on the CLASH YouTube channel of backstage interactions between “Amazing” N8 Mattson & Cameron Skyy. N8 has attempted to mentor Skyy as he has said he was the same guy years ago, however, Skyy had been looking up at the lights for too long as adversary Tyler Elkins is a serious threat. It boiled down to winners or losers as Cameron Skyy reluctantly took on an injured Mena Libra on 6/4; by match end, we witnessed an awakened Skyy as he drilled his “Deal Me In” signature for the win, to N8’s approval. Although Mena Libra had suffered defeat, she earned respect by both Skyy & N8 for going through with the bout.

Now as we progress, Skyy & Elkins have yet to have a win over one another with multiple no contest situations; as the two await their final encounter in September, we’ll be making it official on 8/6 with the stipulation and contract signing.

MOTY II
M.O.T.Y. – Match Of The Year candidate for CLASH Wrestling is a statement referring to the encounter between CLASH Champion “GQ” Gavin Quinn and Petey Williams from February’s Contenders Cup event. CLASHWRESTLING.COM previously ran an article touching on Quinn’s career and impressive reign as champion as the list of names that have been laid to defeat continues to grow. In February, Petey Williams took Quinn to the limit; although still suffering the defeat, the two will meet in what some are predicting may just be another “Match Of The Year” candidate, and what better the environment for this special title defense than on our 100th Anniversary Event!

OTHER 100TH ANNIVERSARY ATTRACTIONS
As matches are still being announced for “100” on 8/6, we can confirm that Former WWE Star Rhyno will make his CLASH debut in addition to other stars returning for the event include SharkBoy, Jimmy Jacobs, & all your CLASH favorites such as Mena Libra, Cameron Skyy, “Caveman” Tyler Elkins, VH1 Reality Star Jenny (Rock Of Love), “Amazing” N8 Mattson, Austin Manix, Sons Of Sanity, TD & more! The event will also be amped up with a live musical performance both preshow and during intermission to be announced, stay tuned to CLASHWRESTLING.COM for all the juicy details!

In Other News:

(Cave)Man vs. Beast Signed For 100 On August 6th!

June 24, 2011

The third scheduled match for August 6th’s 100 has been announced and this one may be the most explosive yet! Since making his CLASH debut in June 2008, the “Caveman” Tyler Elkins has crossed few men to could match his strength, stature and wrestling proficiency. One of the toughest competitors in all of CLASH Wrestling to get off his feet, the stocky Caveman has proved time and time again that in order to defeat your opponent, you have to be able to knock him down.

Well, at 100 on August 6th, the “Caveman” will step into the ring with an opponent who can not only match him in strength and stature, but may be the most intense competitor to ever step foot inside the squared circle: the “War Machine” Rhyno! Rhyno has held championship gold everywhere he’s traveled (ECW, WWE, TNA, etc) due to his ability to run through and knock men of all shapes and sizes off their feet. Can the “Man Beast” do the same to CLASH’s “Caveman?”

There’s only one way to find out! Join us for a confrontation of prehistoric proportions! It’s the classic battle of (Cave)MAN vs. BEAST! It’s Tyler Elkins vs. Rhyno, live at CLASH Wrestling’s 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now, get yours today!

Cameron Skyy vs. Shark Boy Signed For 100!

June 28, 2011

With CLASH Wrestling 100 less than six weeks away, we at CLASHWRESTLING.COM can now confirm the fourth scheduled match for the summer spectacular on August 6th! Over the years, Shark Boy has been no stranger to CLASH Wrestling, appearing on numerous occassions and wrestling an assortment of CLASH competitors.

Shark Boy’s most recent visit to CLASH Wrestling took place in February at the Contenders Cup. After helping Cameron Skyy fend off an attack by “Caveman” Tyler Elkins, the “Ace High” & Shark Boy shared an intense moment. Later that evening, both men battled for #1 Contendership in the 6 Person Contenders Cup main event, during which Shark Boy eliminated Skyy after a distraction from the aforementioned Caveman.

With Shark Boy’s CLASH return confirmed for August 6th, Cameron Skyy has requested to face the Man From 10,000 Leagues Under The Sea! Both Skyy & Shark Boy are proud men, but at 100 only one can be victorious! Will Cameron Skyy avenge his loss from Contenders Cup? Can Shark Boy score another pinfall against the “Ace High”? There’s only one way to find out! Join us for CLASH Wrestling’s 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now, get yours today!

“State Of CLASH Address” To Take Place At 100!

June 30, 2011

With his seventeenth month in power quickly approaching, no man in history has had a longer reign as CLASH Chief Executive Officer than Truth Martini. Appointed CEO by Nicholas P. Clashertone in January 2010, Martini has fired and hired competitors at will (recently firing names such as Dragon Kreed, Wreckingball, Jack Night etc), signed a number of huge blockbuster matches and along the way had a year long rivalry with Mena Libra.

August 6th’s 100 is not only the biggest CLASH event in history, but is a celebration of CLASH’s 100th live event. With this milestone now reached, many are questioning, “What’s next for CLASH Wrestling?” Truth Martini has heard these questions and has chose to discuss the next chapter in the evolution of CLASH live at 100!

What’s on the mind of the current CLASH CEO? What will he discuss in his “State Of CLASH Address?” There’s only one way to find out! Join us for CLASH Wrestling’s 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now, get yours today!

Hey guys, new update to "100" on 8/6 today, posted below -

Source: clashwrestling.com

Intergender Tag Team Match Signed For 100!

July 1, 2011

When Cameron Skyy faced Mena Libra last month at CLASH To The Future: Part 3, both competitors showed poise and honor. With a broken foot, Libra could of very easily forfeited the match, but we all know she did the opposite. The bout was not only a test of the “Ace High’s” ruthlessness, but a measure of Mena’s untamed heart and iron will. By match’s end, Libra had not only earned the respect of Cameron Skyy but his sometimes-mentor “Amazing” N8 Mattson as well.

At CLASH Wrestling 100, Mena will be fresh off the injured reserve list, but has vowed to compete. “Amazing” N8 has stepped up and asked to team with Libra, feeling it may be too soon for her to handle the physical punishment of the squared circle without a partner by her side. On August 6th, the duo (shall we call them Menamazing?) will need to be at their absolute best as their opponents are the returning Donnie & Jacob Hallows of the Painkillers!

Former members of the “Mad Scientist” Tommy Treznik’s H3RD, the Painkillers have not been seen or heard from since December of last year. One must assume that this psychotic duo will do anything to make an impact upon their CLASH return. It’s a huge tag team encounter that leaves alot to be considered! Will Mena’s broken foot be healed 100% by 100? What can we expect from the unexpected tandem of the Painkillers? Are they still affliated with The H3RD? There’s plenty of unanswered questions that will only be answered LIVE AND IN PERSON @ CLASH Wrestling’s 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now, get yours today!

Jacobs vs. Manix Signed For 100 On August 6th!

July 5, 2011

With CLASH Wrestling 100 just a little over a month away, another bout has been signed for the event, Jimmy Jacobs vs. Austin Manix specifically! A well-traveled veteran of many ring wars, Jimmy Jacobs will be competing in his first CLASH match in five months on August 6th. A victory in his CLASH return will go a long way in reestablishing Jacobs as a potential challenger to the CLASH Championship. However, standing in his way is the refocused Austin Manix.

After agreeing to part ways with The H3RD in April, Manix has fallen off the grid. In fact, the only correspondence CLASH management has had with him was earlier this week when he agreed to appear at 100. What can we expect from Austin Manix at 100? Will Jimmy Jacobs return be a successful one? There’s only one way to find out! JOIN US LIVE AND IN PERSON @ CLASH Wrestling’s 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now, get yours today!

Keith Calhoun Stuck In 1986, Hates Being Called “Biff!”

July 7, 2011

CLASH To The Future has become one of the favorite events of the year for many CLASH fans and competitors alike. That is not to say that all CLASH competitors look forward to the event, in fact one CLASH regular hates CLASH To The Future with a passion. That man, Keith Calhoun, has a simple reason for his dislike for CLASH’s yearly tradition. He does not like being called “Biff.” For the past two years at CLASH To The Future (Part 2 & Part 3), CLASH fans have taken great delight in getting underneath Calhoun’s skin, mocking the veteran with jeers of Biff.

Increasing his hatred for CLASH To The Future is the fact that moments before Calhoun could step back into Doc. Emmet B’s Delorean, the flux capacitor overheated. Since then, Emmet B has been fast at work in attempt to repair the time machine but has thus been unsuccessful. So for the better part of a month (and the forseeable future) Keith Calhoun has been stuck in 1986. Word around the water cooler is that the 1986 version of Keith Calhoun does plan to attend CLASH Wrestling 100. What exactly will this blast from the past have to say or do at the event? That remains to be seen, but until then get caught up on Keith Calhoun’s “Biff” Adventures. To see exactly what we’re talking about, check out both these video examples below.

Nevertheless, on August 6th both Rangers will be in the house, and they’re bringing their friend and undefeated singles competitor TD!

Standing across the ring from the Rangers & TD will be William J. O’Malley & Gideon Malice of the Sons Of Sanity. At CLASH Wrestling 100 on August 6th, we will do just that when we introduce the world to the third member of our family.”

Swagg Starr vs. Hakim Zane Signed For August 6th’s 100!

July 11, 2011

For the past month, we at CLASHWRESTLING.COM have announced a number of huge matches and attractions for 100 on August 6th. With the biggest event in CLASH Wrestling history just a little over 3 weeks away, there remains only a few bouts & attractions left to announce!

The eighth scheduled match to take place at 100 will be a singles contest between the “Swagg Starr” Dave Manzo and the returning Hakim Zane! The “Swagg Starr” has been riding a wave of success in CLASH since winning the Contenders Cup earlier this year. Hakim Zane has not been seen in CLASH since late 2010, although the latest rumblings we’ve heard is that Zane has adopted a new outlook on both professional wrestling & his life.

A victory at 100 could propel Zane right back into the thick of CLASH Championship contention. But the question one must ask is: can he defeat the red-hot Manzo? There’s only one way to find out! JOIN US LIVE AND IN PERSON @ CLASH Wrestling’s 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now, get yours today!

100 – THE ANNIVERSARY EVENT
On August 6, 2011, CLASH Wrestling will host its 100th live event emanating out of the TaylorTown Trade Center in Taylor, MI. The CLASH faithful are accustomed to the annual “Seize The Day” event in January as CLASH Wrestling’s anniversary event, however this 100th milestone is quite a feat, specifically in Michigan. Over the years, CLASH Wrestling has appeared in a variety of Michigan based cities such as Taylor, Dearborn, Livonia, Mt. Clemens, Rockwood, Birch Run, Swartz Creek, and even outside of Michigan in Bloomington, IN. These appearances have included our monthly supershow extravaganzas, festival events, Rock Concert additions, charity events etc! Rest assured, 100 will be a celebration like none other, a party in the name of CLASH with some of the hottest attractions & an innovative presentation of Professional Wrestling that only CLASH is capable of.

MAIN EVENT MADNESS SET FOR 100
With a plethora of Main Event Attractions signed for 8/6; this event has turned into a must-see presentation! In our last news flash, we touched on a possible MOTY 2 (Match Of The Year 2) candidate of CLASH Champion Gavin Quinn vs. Petey Williams for the Heavyweight Championship; additionally the Tag Titles are up for grabs as CLASH Champions H3RD (Tommy Treznik & Ded Vaughn) will defend against the red hot Too Sweet (Bryce Benjamin & Joey Marx)!

Over the weeks, we’ve announced even more blockbuster encounters as the “Man Beast” Rhyno will lock horns with the bare foot brawling “Caveman” Tyler Elkins in a special attraction. Additionally, Elkins’ foe and former friend “Sin City Sparklin” Cameron Skyy will take on the man who eliminated him at the Contenders Cup battle in February – Shark Boy! Both Skyy & Elkins will be looking for that win as the two will meet in September in their final battle, stipulation to be determined.

CONTINUING TO LOAD & RELOAD THE 100TH EXTRAVAGANZA
Jacobs vs. Manix – The list of signed attractions doesn’t stop with the aforementioned matches. ROH & International star Jimmy Jacobs makes his CLASH return after a 5 month absence to take on former H3RD member Austin Manix. Manix has been short with CLASH authorities and in his own world of sorts, it’s to be determined if he’s ready for the challenge that Jacobs offers as Jacobs looks to bounce his way back into the CLASH Championship picture.

Mixed Tag Team Action – Mena Libra has submitted her clearance to compete on 8/6; although the clearance looks to be premature due to her broken foot, the fighting spirit within Libra has pushed for competition and she’ll be joined by the (so it seems) mentor of Cameron Skyy, “Amazing” N8 Mattson. Mattson applauded Libra’s heart following her contest with Skyy on 6/4 and has opted to tag by her side as the two will take on the returning & former H3RD members, The Painkillers (Donnie & Jacob Hallows).

Go Go Power Rangers – The Rangers are back in 6 man Tag action as they’ll now be joined by “self pro-claimed” superhero Marvelocity! The trio will work to tackle down the Sons Of Sanity (William J. O’Malley & Gideon Malice) whom are continuing to spread their message of purity, but this time will debut a new team member; that to which is a surprise to be revealed on 8/6!

Swagg Starr vs. Hakim Zane – The most recent signed bout is between the red-hot “Swagg Starr” Dave Manzo and the returning Hakim Zane. As previously mentioned on CLASHWRESTLING.COM, Zane returns with a new approach & outlook on life and professional wrestling and is poised to make his mark on his CLASH return; however Manzo has been intermittently in & out of CLASH Championship contention and is on a red hot streak, join us on 8/6 to determine the victor.

Wait, there’s more? The answer is YES! The CEO Truth Martini returns to “shake things up” once again with his traditional “spring cleaning;” will someone lose their job?? Also, VH1 Reality Star, Jenny (Rock Of Love Bus) will be joining us with guests to be determined; in addition other recognizable athletes such as TD, “1986 Version” Keith Calhoun, new superstar debuts, and a few more wild surprises we’ll keep to ourselves! (P.S. If you haven’t got the hint…be sure to join us in the fun on 8/6, tickets available now!)

Final Two Attractions Signed For August 6th’s 100!

July 15, 2011

With CLASH Wrestling 100 just three weeks away, we at CLASHWRESTLING.COM have learned the final two attractions signed for the event! Since debuting in February this year, a number of CLASH competitors have stepped into Jenny’s “Ring Of Love.” The former VH1 reality star pulls no punches and August 6th should be no different. 100’s “Ring Of Love” will play host to the huge contract signing between “Ace High” Cameron Skyy & “Caveman” Tyler Elkins. As previously discussed, these two men are on a collision course set to culminate at September 3rd’s All Out War. What type of feud ending bout will be signed between Skyy & Elkins? We will find out at 100 when both men step into the “Ring Of Love!”

Last week we detailed Keith Calhoun and his inability to step back into Doc Emmett B’s Delorean, thus being stuck in 1986. This week we can announced that the 1986 version of Keith Calhoun has been signed to compete in the ninth and final match at CLASH Wrestling 100! Standing across the ring from Calhoun will be fan favorite TD. Since returning to CLASH in January this year, TD has yet to be pinned. Can TD continue his impressive winning streak? Can Calhoun relive his glory days and prove that in this instance the past is better than the present? There’s only one way to find out! JOIN US LIVE AND IN PERSON @ CLASH Wrestling’s 100 on August 6th! Presale tickets are available now, get yours today!

COLUMN: Striker Takes A Look At What Got Us To 100

July 18, 2011

Greetings once again fellow space travelers, to another great addition of Pillar to Post. Do you like how I just validate my own column by calling it “great?” I have no real criteria to say it’s great, I just run with it. I guess you can decide for yourself when this journey is over. Before we depart, have you noticed that Facebook, Twitter, and CLASHWRESTLING.COM are going supernova with activity about 100? No? Are you living in a cave? Are you Tyler Elkins? Wake up people, 100 is approaching like a meteor!

I firmly believe this will be the greatest and biggest show in CLASH Wrestling history! I also believe there’s no better way to grow anticipation for the biggest event ever than by looking back at the events that got us to this point. So return your chairs to their upright and locked position, put away your tray tables, and turn off all electronic devises (except for the one you are using to read this) because today we’re looking at the top events in CLASH history as we go Pillar to Post.

#4: 3rd Annual Triple Crown Cup (March 28, 2010)
Like 100, Triple Crown Cup was a night of shock and surprises. It also has the distinction of featuring the first ever womens match in CLASH Wrestling history. The show had some great matches on it and the Triple Crown Cup has been a respected and distinguished honor in CLASH.

Then: Truth Martini belittled Mena Libra’s victory and said that women had no place in CLASH Wrestling.
Now: At 100, Truth Martini will be giving a “State of CLASH” address. What he has to say is anyone’s guess, but I’m sure it will be a major shake-up.

#3: The Future is Unwritten (October 23, 2010)
The Future is Unwritten is a great example of what CLASH wrestling is: entertainment from start to end. There were many great matches, engaging moments like the “rebirth” of William J. O’Malley and even a CLASH Wrestling costume contest that I should have won!

Then: Tommy Treznik defeated Dave Manzo. Despite the loss, the match was a turning point for the “Swagg Starr” and pushed him to new levels of success.
Then: Hakeem Zane picked up a tag win for his team, before being attacked by Ded Vaughn.
Now: At 100, both men are looking for a better night, but only one can walk out victorious as Zane takes on Manzo.

Then: Will Vendetta retired and William J. O’Malley was introduced.
Then: “The Elder Statesman” Gideon Malice came up short against Cameron Skyy.
Now: At 100, O’Malley and Malice (Sons Of Sanity) will be teaming with a mystery partner to take on the CLASH Wrestling Super Squad of the Power Rangers and Marvelocity.

#2: NPCI 2008 Tournament (June 14, 2008)
The 2008 NPCI sent a message about CLASH wrestling. It said, loudly and clearly, that CLASH wrestling will feature the best tag team action in the midwest. Interestingly, this show featured a taste of things to come as it saw Tyler Elkins take on Cameron Skyy in an effort to become CLASH Champion. This event also marked the formation of The H3RD.

Then: Skyy Defeated Elkins to retain the CLASH Championship.
Now: Skyy and Elkins both look to get back into the title picture. Skyy can do so by defeating Shark Boy while Elkins has to go through the Man-Beast Rhyno.

Then: The H3RD was formed.
Now: The current H3RD, Tommy Treznik and Ded Vaughn defend their titles against Too Sweet. Former H3RD members will also be featured, with Austin Manix taking on Jimmy Jacobs and the Painkillers squaring off against “Amazing” N8 and Mena Libra.

#1: Seize The Day I (January 5, 2008)
The event that started it all. How can you look at an event to be the show that will change everything without looking at the show that already did change everything? Seize The Day put CLASH on the map and made it an overnight hit. When fans poured into the Taylor Town Trade Center for Seize the Day I, two things were instantly clear: first, that CLASH Wrestling provided high quality entertainment, solid matches, and a great value, and second that there were fans in Taylor and all over downriver Michigan that had a desire to see some great professional wrestling.

Then: “Ace High” Cameron Skyy defeated Gavin Quinn, Tommy Treznik, and J. Miller to become the first ever CLASH Champion.
Now: Quinn looks to defend that very same title. As CLASH Champion, he’ll take on Petey Williams in a rematch that promises to be a true classic.

Looking back I can’t help but be excited. All the history, all the lessons learned, every moment leads us to one conclusion: 100 cannot be missed. I hope you’ve all enjoyed the history lesson, I’ll see you on August 6th. In the meantime, remember to check back often because you never know when John Striker will take you Pillar to Post!
