Re: BRM Reviews the 4/14/2011 Impact (FIRE TAZ AND TENAY!)
I wouldnt say Immortal is helping Hernandez out because when he came back, Hernandez was asked to join Immortal and said yes. Here's the thing about that one, why have him agree to work with the rich white man, when he's going to go on a tirade against them... why (like BRM pointed out) pose with a...

Re: BRM Reviews ROH Throwdown
I know why you couldn't get into the Pure title match: Conrad Kennedy just wasn't on the appropriate level. Glad you enjoyed this one; it's one of the first ROH DVD's I bought (bc, honestly, I want all of the one's from 2006 and I figured I'd start with the one's KENTA is on. I think the only two I...

Re: BRM Reviews TNA Lockdown
I'm surprised you didn't like Angle vs. Jarrett more. And there were a few blatant shots at WWE. Taz said something about him having to fight Tenay, and Angle did an Ace Crusher (SAQ 6 was Tenay making fun of Randy Orton). Like I said, the awkward moments really killed it for me. The poking is unfo...

Re: Global Entertainment
I'm not voting because I don't fall into either category. There is definitely a firm middle ground between "hate it" and "think they should do it." That category is people who don't care what they call it. It's still wrestling.

Re: BRM Reviews the 4/14/2011 Impact (FIRE TAZ AND TENAY!)
2. The reason Sting said he'd address Hogan on HIS time, was bc Hogan said the exact same thing to Anderson. To me, Sting was just saying to Hogan: "You think you run things around here; but I do," and it foreshadowed Sting coming out at the end to save Anderson. I understand why he said ...

Re: BRM Reviews the 4/14/2011 Impact (FIRE TAZ AND TENAY!)
BRM, my major reason for saying that is that...well...at least TNA is still a WRESTLING company. They express the desire and ability to get better. WWE is fine with what they're doing. And it's sickening. Where have they gotten better though? They've taken a step back since 2009 when they were thei...

Re: EWA Newswire #22 (3/23/2011)
May I ask when we'll get to lay our eyes upon the show? Hopefully soon. EC recently left the writing team (at least for now) due to having real-world things to do, so we are sorting things out. Hopefully within the next few days. If it isn't all written by Wedndesday night, I will QR the stuff that...

BRM Reviews the 4/14/2011 Impact (FIRE TAZ AND TENAY!)
OPENING SEGMENT- Eh. It was well done, but didn’t establish much of anything new at all. VELVET & WINTER SEGMENT- Good IMMORTAL BACKSTAGE- once again, they hold meeting in the lockerroom with the cameraman peering in like he is trying to sneak around, but standing in a place where at least three...

Putting it on in the semi-main rather than the main event was absolute genius on Heyman's part, though.
