Re: A definitive list of everyone who's been accused of sexual assault so far.

Quite a few of these seem to be "random made a vague comment about what X allegedly did years ago" or from some new anonymous Twitter account. Kinda reminds me of the whole Blanchard thing a few months ago when the first one to come out was someone who, at best, had second hand info on wha...

idk when she is ever coming back, same with Yuka Sazakaki. Plus i think TheLone would have replied telling me that Riho sucks. She's bland and unremarkable, but I feel like Kenny's fascination with tiny joshi has been put in the fridge for the time being. it's always been a concern, there's a ton o...

"Serious" as in top, not really, closest is Swole. "Serious" as in personality, not really, closest is Swole. They seem to be signing people , so maybe they can try and get someone, but I think that as long as Shida is champion, they may not worry about it that much. Which is be...

They badly want a spoopy character/group to catch on, isn't it? Also do they have any other serious female babyface after Shida?

Re: BRM Reviews the 5/18/2020 Raw (one must-see match, and perhaps the worst first half of a show I've ever seen)

The weird thing about Corbin is that I think deep down, Vince genuinely thinks he's pushing him as this generic midcard heel who talks big but always gets his ass handed to him at the end. The issue of course is that he's been on TV non-stop for almost FOUR YEARS at this point and always put in main...

Re: WWE Raw ratings reach new all-time record low this week

Most WWE shows were already lifeless with a crowd, the lack of it just exposed every flaw tenfold. Also I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that most people have more pressing matter than watching hours of shitty WWE programming right now.

Because all guys named Eric(k) look the same to you, huh? HUH?

In all seriousness, they dumped Eric Young and Not-Erick Rowan, not good ol' Erik.

I guess this will be undone soon enough (it's a line from an old goofy ad), but that was weird seeing that this morning.

Re: WWE announces talent releases: Anderson, Gallows, EC3, Lio Rush, more

From what I've read here and there (so take it with a nice bucket of salt), those 500M WWE supposedly has in the bank are more like 90M with the rest being more or less loans or whatever they could take if things go south. Not saying that they're going bankrupt tomorrow, but that's a bit more concer...

Re: WWE announces talent releases: Anderson, Gallows, EC3, Lio Rush, more

I'm surprised there isn't more to be brutally honest, but I guess they might do that in waves over a certain period of time. While it sucks for those guys and girls to lose their job during this thing, it also says a lot about why they signed those guys when Vince is perfectly fine to dump them when...

Re: 2 Cents: Boneyard Match

But is a godawful smoke and mirrors match really an improvement over a godawful regular match? Both are godawful. If Taker can't do a real match, I'd rather just not see him. What did having this match do for anyone? This whole feud has made the OC look like sh*t, and Taker certainly didn't gain an...

Re: BRM Reviews the 3/25/2020 Dynamite (embarassing)

I got the sneezing joke. I just REALLY hope that's not where they're going with this. So f*cking petty. I mean, it's been barely two weeks and he made some kind of reference to Vince every time he spoke so far. He'd better get it out of his system soon or he'll come off as just another disgruntled ...

JAKE ROBERTS PROMO- meh ... Now why the hell did this need to be a two-camera shoot? I mean really! I know this sounds like a small thing, but it makes it feel overproduced when you cut between cameras just for the sake of cutting between cameras, and that’s exactly what this was. Please explain to...

Re: BRM Reviews PROGRESS Chapter 1: In The Beginning

Early PROGRESS is pretty meh all things considered. They almost had a WCW thing going on with the undercard busting their asses to make a name for themselves while the top of the card was pretty mediocre. Pretty much all of them dropped down the card (or flat-out disappeared) as soon as the new guar...

Re: AEW & NXT ratings: Dynamite tops 900k viewers for closed set episode

It kinda didn't help that WWE already showed twice what you're going to get from those empty arena shows and started with a glorified documentary for a feud that's way past its expiration date at this point. I'm currently watching the Haru sumo tournament and yes, the lack of crowd was jarring at fi...

wWe iSNt hURtInG tHE eUroPeAn sCeEEenN! WOS and 5* did a lot more to hurt the UK scene than WWE if you ask me. Frankly, they probably did the scene a favor by poaching a bunch of talent who were hogging the spotlight in 16-18. As for Starr burning more bridges with SHOCK VALUE, he'll either end up ...

Like, I get why it's not your cup of tea. There's a mythos behind Orange Cassidy that is unconventional to professional wrestling,, in that he's a monstrously good wrestler, he's just too apathetic to care except when provoked , which is part of why I like it. And here's your problem because what w...

That was quite the memorable debut for Archer, huh? Anyway, feels like the storylines are more of the same with Inner Circle vs. some mash-up of the Elite and Moxley/Allin for Totally-Not-Wargames, Swole vs. Rose in what feels like the worst women's match they could book (and that's saying something...

Re: BRM Reviews AEW Revolution (frustrating, bordering on bad)

AEW are in the position where they have to sign what they can in order to bulk out their roster , they do have a lot of relative unknowns and younger talent, so a smattering of over 40's is okay. If Bischoff, Nash, Hall and Hogan sign, then we'll start worrying. Yes and no. Their roster is already ...
